1:1 In-Person Training
IMPORTANT NOTE
In order to optimize the results of training, all Initial Consultations are done online. Most programs then continue with online one-on-one sessions. In-person training is available after the Initial Consultation on a case-by-case basis, for clients within our in-person service area only. Initial Consultation:
All In-Person Training programs start with an online Initial Consultation. This 75 to 90 minute training session gives us a chance to get to know you and your pet(s) and learn more about your goals. The Initial Consultation, which is $349,* tends to be a little more talk and a little less action than other training sessions, since we need to make sure we understand your needs, but rest assured actual training will happen too! After the Initial Consultation, you will receive a report on what we discussed, as well as specific notes on how to get started training your dog or other pet.

A surcharge applies for in-person sessions for clients in The Sophisticated Dog's extended service area. Clients outside The Sophisticated Dog's service area will only be offered online services.
In 1:1 In-Person Training programs, I or Paul come to your home or meet you in a location within our core service area and work hands-on with you and your dog (or other pet) to help you achieve your training goals. Do you need to see how a particular technique works with YOUR dog, or need help jump-starting a behavior you're having trouble with? In-Person training sessions can help with that.
In-Person follow-up training sessions (after the Initial Consultation) are $199 per session with Irith. Follow-up sessions with Paul are $179 per session when sessions are purchased individually. You can also pre-purchase a package of five follow-up sessions with Paul for $791 (a savings of over $100), or a package of ten follow-up sessions with Paul for $1349 (a savings of nearly $450).
